What i need to share?
In case you face a bug we need two things from you to resolve that issue for you
User ID: Your Mental User ID. You can follow the instruction in the Article here to get your user ID.
ScreenShot: Take a screen shot of the issue you are facing. If you don't know how to take a screenshot, here is the Article describing how to do it.
How can i share?
Share your User ID and Screenshot of the issue with us through following ways and we will resolve that bug and get things flowing for you again:
