Because we support multiple ways to log into the Mental App β Phone Number, Apple and Google β not all users have a phone number or an email to help us identify your account in our records.
Therefore, the best way to get support from Mental for specific issues or resolutions is to share your Mental User ID with us.
Here's how:
1. Tap Profile
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap "Account"
4. Copy your User ID
Now you can tap on it to copy your Mental User ID to the clipboard. Or, if you're unable to copy it, you can take a screenshot of this entire screen (if you're not sure how to take a screenshot, here's an article to help)
