I have a Subscription or Free Trial, but I can't access the Mental Pro features

Sometimes in rare cases, your in-app purchase is able to get "de-linked" from your Mental account. This can sometimes happen if you changed phones, logged out of Mental, or logged out of your Apple or Google Play Account on your device.

The solution in all of these cases is to use the Restore Purchase flow. Here's how:

1. Go to Profile

2. Go to Settings

3. Click "Restore Purchase"

If Restore Purchase still doesn't work, make sure you are logged in with the correct Apple ID or Google Play account on your phone. If you've confirmed that and Restore Purchase still doesn't credit you with the subscription, please contact us through the chat box below. Be sure to include your Mental User ID with your note. We'll be sure to help you out right away.

If you don't see the Restore Purchase option on Settings, but you do see a Subscription option under the Account section, that means you are currently subscribed to Mental Pro, and should have access to all pro features already.
