Receiving a Refund

Our refund process depends on where you purchased your subscription.

If you purchased a subscription via the getmental.com website or via an In-App Purchase on your Android device, please send us a message right here through the chat icon on the bottom right. Include your Mental User ID in the chat (instructions here). We are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of your initial purchase.

If you purchased a subscription via an In-App Purchase on your iOS device, Apple handles all billing. You’ll need to reach out to Apple directly with any refund requests. They are typically able to honor all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date, but it's at their discretion. Follow the instructions here.
