How to cancel and get your prorated refund

Find your Mental user ID. Here's how to find it.
Email us at [email protected] with your user ID, or tap the chat button.
We'll cancel your subscription and process your prorated refund.
Note: If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled and decided by Apple. You can cancel in your iPhone Settings by tapping your name, then Subscriptions, then Mental, then Cancel Subscription. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Not sure how you subscribed? Just send us your user ID and we'll check for you.

Will I lose access to Mental if I cancel?
Not at all! Mental is free, so you keep full access to everything, including The Daily Deuce, Cold Showers, Pushup Protocol, audiobooks, and music.
My order says "canceled." Is that normal?
Yes. A canceled order just means your subscription was cancelled or your refund was processed. You still have full access to Mental for free.
Will my past sessions be deleted if I cancel?
No. Your past sessions stay viewable anytime in your Mental history.
