Accessing Mental Pro with the 'Friends of Mental Program'

At Mental, we love our friends and business partners, and we offer them free access to the Mental Pro subscription, giving them the opportunity to experience all its benefits and share their valuable feedback with us.

​Follow the steps below to access your Mental Pro subscription through the Friends of Mental Program.

1. Download the Mental App

  • If you're an iOS user, you can download the Mental App from the App Store.

  • If you're an Android user, you can download the App from Google Play.
    Link to the App in the Google Play store here.

2. Complete the onboarding and create an account

  • Follow the guided steps in the app to complete the onboarding process.

  • Once onboarding is complete, you'll be directed to create an account.

    • Sign up using your email address.

3. Hit "X" on the paywall

After signing up, you'll be directed to a paywall. You can skip this by clicking the "X" in the top left corner.


​Once you're in the app, we need your Mental user ID to grant you access to the subscription. You can follow the steps below to find your Mental user ID.


4. Tap Profile

5. Tap Settings

6. Tap "Account"

7. Copy your User ID and Share it with us

You can tap on it to copy your Mental User ID to the clipboard. If you're unable to copy it, you can take a screenshot of the entire screen.


Share it with one of our team members, or email us at [email protected], and we’ll add you to the subscription whitelist.
